Tickets for live webinar events are paid registrations and are final sale. If an attendee becomes unable to join due to personal circumstances, the payment remains non-refundable.
Programs and Services
All programs, partnerships, and services offered by Ascendzo are considered final sale. Due to the nature of these offerings, which may include immediate access to proprietary materials, systems, or opportunities, payments are non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms prior to completing your transaction.
Physical Items (if applicable)
All physical items are final sale. Refunds or returns are not offered once an order is placed.
Order Issues
If an order arrives damaged or there are missing items, the customer may contact the team within seven (7) days of delivery. Photos and an order number must be provided.
The issue will be reviewed, and a resolution will be offered when the problem occurs due to handling on Ascendzo’s side.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they are processed in the system. Customers are encouraged to review all order details before completing payment.
